Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, heaters, and plumbing components.
Maintain detailed and accurate work orders, ensuring thorough documentation of all services performed.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional customer service and clear explanations of repair needs.
Work with home warranty companies to process service requests, document necessary repairs, log any "missing parts" or not normal wear and tear instances, and ensure compliance with warranty requirements.
Identify potential pool issues and provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in residential pool repair.
Own a reliable service vehicle capable of transporting necessary tools and equipment.
Strong knowledge of pool equipment troubleshooting and plumbing, including VSP and all brands heaters.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Exceptional work order documentation skills – accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
Excellent customer service and communication skills – professionalism and clarity when speaking with homeowners.
Experience with home warranty service requests is a plus.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test in compliance with regulations.
Verifiable references and work history required – must be able to provide professional references and a track record of reliable work.
