Recruiting CoordinatorHybrid, 2-3 days a week. Job Description SummaryAs a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for life cycle req management to include, posting, maintaining and closing in multiple recruiting platforms.  This function supports the sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for both internal and external job openings. You will partner closely with the recruiters to understand their needs to find top talent that aligns with the company's culture and values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Partner with recruiters and/or hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of open roles and desired qualificationsMaintain applicant tracking systems and databases. Track metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, cost-per-hireAssist as needed in scheduling interviews. Coordinate logistics and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring processResponsible for onboarding new employees with a focus on Federal and State requirements and accuracyBuild and maintain strategic relationships with recruiters, Smart Recruiter and Indeed. Represent the company as needed in business meetings and ensure data transfer to Paylocity is accurateStay up to date on industry trends, best practices in talent acquisition, and regulatory compliance.
