Work Hours/Shift:Full TimeDay ShiftYou Will Be Responsible For:
Installs, tests, maintains and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled or needed
Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external trades
Documents and maintains records of inspections and work performed pursuant to departmental policies and warranty/vendor requirements
Performs other duties as assigned
QualificationsWhat You Will Need:
Ability to respond to emergency calls in a timely manner
Ability to interpret blueprints and work from sketches or verbal instructions
Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
High School Education or equivalent
1-2 years of facility maintenance mechanic experience
Experience working on machinery in a commercial setting
Associate's degree or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience preferred
Job Summary:Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility.
