I'm a disabled person on a wheelchair. I need someone to drive me using my van to an appointment at Dr's office here in Killeen for Thursday, Sept 4th and then on Tuesday, Sept 9th. On Sept, 4th, the time to leave our house is 1pm. It takes about 20 minutes to the clinic. It should be very slow driving.
