We are looking for individuals with a valid drivers license that can drive our company vehicle to the job site and install flowers, shrubs, turf and trees and non-living elements like irrigation systems and hardscapes such as patios and retaining walls. (Drivers must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes and have at least 2 years experience working outdoor)

Duties
. Drive company vehicle transporting crews to work area.
. Help create new landscape plantings around the foundation of a home or business.
Landscape work consist of planting shrubs, trees, flower beds, Installing artificial turf and laying sod.
. Help install irrigation systems.
Irrigation consist of installing underground pipe, ground covers, and sprinkler heads.
. Help build retainer walls using concrete blocks.
Rock work consist of building retainer walls, install French drains and building outside living areas (fireplaces, water fountains, patios, etc.)
· Assist crew leads on loading construction equipment needed for trenching or ground leveling.
· Help clean area upon completion of the work.
Requirements
. Proven experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred.
. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
. Able to communicate and follow instructions from project managers and crew leads.
. Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Drivers MUST be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices in the workplace.
. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
. Able to work outdoors for several hours of the day, in all weather conditions.
. Physical abilities: walking, standing, sitting, stooping, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
We work Monday- Friday (No weekends)
Pay is $15.00 - $17.00/hourly (depending on experience)
