Temple based builder/developer looking for an individual to assist Superintendents with multi-family and development projects. Job responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
1. Complete punch item work throughout multi-family units as needed, such as repairing or installing trim, adjusting
doors and windows, etc.
2. Assist superintendents with all duties to ensure job site cleanliness - sweeping out units, collecting trash/construction
debris throughout site, power washing streets, flatwork, structures, etc.
3. Assist superintendents with misc. general labor, such as digging trenches, mowing, traffic control, etc.
Ability to operate heavy machinery is a plus. Must have valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Must have the ability to use hand and power tools.
