Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Credit Analyst in La Porte, Texas. This role will be based in the financial services industry and requires a high level of organization and meticulous attention to detail. As a Credit Analyst, you will be tasked with handling customer credit applications, maintaining precise records, and addressing customer inquiries.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process and manage customer credit applications Regularly maintain and update customer credit records Address customer inquiries concerning their credit applications and accounts Consistently monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status Employ Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for the management and analysis of customer accounts Utilize skills in Cash Flow Analysis and Collection Processes for effective credit management Leverage CRM systems for managing customer relationships and interactions Demonstrate knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) in managing customer accounts Use the 3M system and ADP - Financial Services for various financial operations. Requirements Proficiency in 3M is required. Must be familiar with Accounting Software Systems. Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary. Proficiency in CRM is essential. Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required. Must have experience with Accounts Receivable (AR). Demonstrated skills in Cash Flow Analysis are necessary. Familiarity with Collection Processes is required. Expertise in Credit is a must. Experience with Credit Application is necessary.
