We help farmers deliver the best possible outcomes, working to achieve the balance between economic, environmental, and social value creation for sustainable and efficient agriculture.As a Seed Production Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the US Cotton Field Production functions. This includes assisting multiple groups with procurement, logistics, contract management, data entry and analysis, vendor relations, and event planning.During your work as a Seed Production Admin, you will
Ensure timely and accurate entry of monthly expense reports in accordance with compliance policies.
Process SCOPE contract entries as assigned.
Generate monthly budget reports.
Assist with data management for Teams groups.
Enter Placement and Payment data for management review.
Coordinate logistics for various activities.
Contribute to planning bi-annual meetings.
Archive meeting minutes and perform daily tasks as requested.
If you
Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Possess a minimum 5 years of administrative experience (required).
Have experience using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
Possess knowledge in procurement and experience with purchase orders (preferred).
Can manage daily office functions, effectively handle multiple activities and work under tight deadlines.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Have experience and competency handling confidential information.
Possess broad experience working with all levels in a matrix global organization.
