Must have a vehicle to move from job site to job site throughout the day, a phone to be contacted on throughout the day, and must be able to get on steep roofs easily and with no fear. Pay is $16/hr. starting for those who can work minimum 8 hours per day. $17/hr for experienced installers. $1per hour raise bi-weekly if 40+ hours are worked.
