Looking for an admin assistant who is willing to learn and take on the responsibilities below:
Please note this is an oil field/transportation company.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk in guests
Answer multi line phone
Screen and manage phone calls
Assist with preparing invoices and email to AP departments.
Monitor AR email and outstanding balance accounts.
Assist with HR Documents such as driver folders and assisting with driver applications, scheduling drug tests etc.
Assist with tracking vehicles and registration
Follow and maintain organized filing systems - both paper and electronic
assist on performing all other office tasks and special projects as directed
MUST have the following qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields (HR/oil field-admin/ transportation-admin)
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Bilingual
Knowledge in excel and Microsoft Word
Computer literate
Self sufficient
The position is full time Monday – Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - off weekends! - Edinburg based
