Receive and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
Manage special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
Establish completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures Requirements - Solid understanding of customer service
General familiarity with Facility
Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Scheduling experience highly desired
Well-founded grasp of Work Orders
Deep understanding of Microsoft Office Suites
Proven knowledge of Spreadsheets
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills
