Marketing Assistant

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in the non-profit industry, based in Midland, Texas. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks related to promoting and advertising our organization. You will be pivotal in enhancing our community engagement, creating captivating narratives about our work, and supporting the planning and execution of events.Responsibilities: Develop and manage all aspects of our social media presence. Design engaging graphics to tell the story of our organization and its impact. Assist in the planning and execution of expos and other events to increase visibility and community engagement. Create and implement marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness. Utilize Facebook Insights to track the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary. Collaborate with the team to plan and implement advertisement strategies. Use blogging as a tool to engage our audience and share our work. Contribute to campaign planning to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. Utilize your skills in graphic design to create visually appealing promotional materials. Requirements Proficient in the use of Facebook Insights for monitoring and improving marketing campaigns Demonstrable experience in creating and managing advertisements across various platforms Skilled in blogging and content creation, with a focus on engaging and persuasive writing Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies and their implementation in a non-profit context Experience in campaign planning, including setting objectives, identifying target audiences, and tracking results Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for efficient project management Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with other social media platforms and digital marketing tools would be beneficial.
