Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the trucking industry, located in Midland, Texas. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative duties and will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role involves managing phone inquiries, dealing with cash transactions, and processing payments, among other responsibilities.Responsibilities: Manage inbound telephone calls and distribute them to the appropriate departments. Utilize multi-line phone systems to conduct professional phone inquiries and messages. Greet visitors and provide them with excellent customer service. Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer. Process customer payments through cash, credit card, or checks. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records. Take on special assignments as needed. Ensure a pleasant phone manner while dealing with customers. Balance multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure all customer needs are met. Handle phone coverage duties when necessary.
