Further information can be found on our website, www.admgroup.comAbout the Role:The Account Manager role will include sourcing and developing promotional products domestically and internationally, meeting and exceeding revenue and contribution targets set in the monthly and yearly forecast along with achieving our client contract commitments.Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage total end-to-end point of sale requirements, from initial brief through to quotes, proof approvals, and quality standards to the successful delivery of all items.

Maintain day-to-day project planner working with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all signoffs and deadlines are met following the critical path timeline.

Liaise daily with the internal procurement team, external creative agencies, and local and global suppliers, ensuring each product is developed to the brief

Ensure customer service is a priority. Identify and resolve all issues relating to customers within agreed SLAs.

Ensure the team produces accurate customer quotations and ensures quality samples and artwork for proposals. Diligently follow up all quotations distributed to generate orders.

Ensure that the client sales and profit budget is exceeded and that all costs related to your team orders are strictly controlled.

Provide professional presentations to customers as required.

Participate in proactive innovation to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge and identify opportunities to increase sales.

Develop market business plans by researching the customers and trends.

Analyze management information, and financial and sales reports to ensure achievement of objectives and budget.

Submit all requested reports including but not limited to customer weekly reports, forecasts, profit Improvement plans, and MI to the VP of Client Operations in a timely fashion.

Demonstrate creativity and share new ideas with peers.

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of account management experience with an international company. Detailed knowledge of the promotions and premium industry. Experience working with multi-national companies on a direct basis.

Extensive experience in engaging and influencing cross-functionally, particularly across multiple client marketing/brand teams and procurement teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management skills; proficient in excel, word, and PowerPoint.

Problem-solving and the ability to identify and present solutions.

Proven track record in managing client POS solutions, outsourcing, and beers/spirits experience would be of advantage
