Location : Plano, TX ( Remote Till Covid)
Duration : FTE HireJob Description : 1. Minimum of 5 years` experience in a Data Management role (Data Analyst, Information Management, ETL, Data Warehousing, or Data Architecture)
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience with Metadata Management and or Data Governance tools (Data Lineage tools, Data Catalogs, Data Dictionaries, Business Glossaries).
2. Able to depict complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences; educate domain teams on vision the impact of change via Digital Academy
3. Able to make difficult and quick decisions on a daily basis
4. Demonstrable and strong communication skills; Able to influence a diverse group of stakeholders
5. Strong problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution and progress
6. Strong experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty. Strong experience in process improvements, hands-on operational management and change management
7. In-depth understanding of Master Data Management technology landscape, processes and design principles
8. Solid understanding of key meta-data management, data quality, and data stewardship tools and platforms.
9. Proven track record in driving large data governance programs at an enterprise level
