Guidelines Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of experience as a loan processor
Need to know the standards of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines
Processing a minimum of conventional loans - home loans, a variety of loans
Be able to identify documents, identify what a large deposit is
Experience from credit unions, mortgage lenders
Willing to work 100% onsite without any remote flexibility
Guidelines Job Description:
Looking through borrowing documentations
Look at credit reports and bank statements
Nobody owns the file, you only do a portion of what a normal processor does
Handle all the clean up work, so need to know investor guidelines,
Making changes to loans
We add conditions from the loans - then we start a chat with the branch operations to the loans
130 guidelines per day, but nobody owns the pipeline, "get next" loans
Data Change Job Description:
Covers from the brokers changing to brokerage amount, interest change, curing QM, such a wide range of changes that could be done
Update loan application - familiar with AUS (automated underwriting system)
Data Change Qualifications:
1-2 years - Processing Assistant
Encompass experience preferred

100% Onsite - ZERO remote flexibility
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
$23/hr
3 Month Contract to Hire (Long-term/stable employment)
Bonus structure after permanent placement ($2,000-$3,500 per quarter)
