Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for performing various system administrative functions to support Item Processing systems and products. The tasks are technical in nature and require ample knowledge working with databases, sort patterns, and some complicated formulas. The IP Systems Analyst is responsible for the successful planning, onboarding, training, testing, and validations of systems and customer information. The position will require an understanding and technical aptitude to adapt to different program languages and commands, i.e., SQL, XML, Excel formulas, JavaScript, or Microsoft Development Tools.
The position is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of critical information, exemplifying professional interactions with credit unions and other financial institutions to meet customer and client expectations. The perfect candidate for this role enjoys customer interaction and applying technical/development skills needed to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems. This position will work closely with Catalyst Development Teams and System Support Teams to understand the different applications being created to promote, deploy, and support them.
The position is responsible for accurately meeting departmental reporting objectives and goals for timeliness and quality. The analyst must be self-motivated with very good organizational skills, be able to multitask and work independently with little to no supervision.
The analyst should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be knowledgeable of financial industry products, and is also efficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
