The IT Restaurant Support Representative works closely with the Restaurant Support Team to ensure that all technical and deployed IT solutions are working to Raising Cane’s approved specifications.  This role will serve as the owner of technical problems and will address or escalate to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.  Our restaurant support team works in a fast paced, collaborative environment that will keep you challenged and engaged in finding the best way to solve IT problems for our restaurants.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Provides technical support to all requests from restaurants, field, and RSO crewmembersResponds to requests, provides, and implements solutions or routing requests to appropriate pathsProcesses and resolves customers’ issues using communication methods such as telephone, personal, e-mail, etc.Documents, tracks, and monitors technical problems with the intent of ensuring timely resolutions
