Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Lead Cost Recovery Analyst to join our Component Services Program (CSP) team in Plano, TX . In this role, the focus will be on contract enforcement, creating billing packages, invoicing customers, managing disputes, and implementing process improvements.in support of program priorities.Position Responsibilities:

Leads and administers post-production requests for quotes containing long lead times, high value and/or lengthy bills of material.

Leads activities for economy of purchases. Leads and monitors customer allocation and delivery schedules and projections for significant customers.

Leads the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system.

Initiates recommendations for repair sourcing decisions.

Oversees the processing and documentation of repair items and warranties. Conducts supplier/customer presentations and program reviews. Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues.

Supports airline customers as Supply Chain Specialist acting as invoicing focal for Component Services Program (CSP) Over & Above (O&A) billings.

Verify feasibility of quotes for repair, customer damage, modification, and overhaul. Analyze complex Tear Down Report (TDR) documents to determine aircraft material damage responsibility while identifying cost avoidance opportunities.

Review contract language to determine eligibility to invoice. Create and communicate customer billing packages.

Administer billing for Additional Service Requests (ASR) and Landing Gear O&A for multiple airlines.

Implement process improvements for CRT Statement of Work.

Liaison between Repair Management, Supplier Management, Customer Program Manager, and Component Engineering to resolve invoice disputes.

Offer guidance and support to Cost Recovery Analysts to help ensure team priorities are accomplished.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week at one of the listed location options (Plano, TX). This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

10 + years of experience leading and working in a production/supply chain environment delivering aerospace products

10 + experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and suppliers

10+ years of experience in a commercial Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environment

10 + years of experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and suppliers

10 + years of experience reviewing contracts

10 + years of experience in airline technical operations

10 + years of experience interfacing with customers and integrating with cross-functional teams

10 + years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues

10 + years of experience with Microsoft Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher In Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field

Ability to analyze service literature and engineering technical documentation

Working for an airline or directly with airline customers

Experience working with rotable components, LRUs, and/or pooling programs

Experience addressing customer disputes and escalations

Strong communication and problem solving skills

Typical Education/Experience:Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
