Your Role at Raising Cane’s:The Marketing Program Specialist is responsible for supporting marketing programs, processes, and communications for the business. This role will directly support the Brand Programs and Digital Strategy team by contributing to the planning, execution, and oversight of marketing initiatives and tasks within the teams' scope. Additionally, they will manage the Restaurant Marketing alignment and coordinate weekly and monthly communications.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operational needs of Brand Marketing programsProvide strategic recommendations on new and existing marketing initiatives and assists with the implementation of systems, processes, and materialsPrepare and manage presentations, collateral, and communications related to Restaurant Marketing for internal and external partiesSupport the deployment of weekly and monthly communications within the Marketing functionPartner with the Restaurant Marketing team to gain feedback and learnings on program performance based on various market typesSupport the analysis of marketing programs and processes by partnering with vendors and FP&A to understand program performance and share results with appropriate teamsAttend weekly and monthly status calls with program vendors and cross functional teams to support program updates, trouble shooting, and general program supportOrganize and maintain databases for Restaurant Marketing assetsSupport other Restaurant Marketing projects and tasks as neededTravel Requirements:Up to 20%
