THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Multifamily Risk - Asset Management - Advisor, Collateral Management role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Identify potential risk and perform Desktop Reviews of property inspections to assess next steps for analysis of Borrower and/or ServicerReal time feedback and calibration to DUS Lenders on property condition issues within their portfolioInteract with Borrowers regarding current and historical risks to Fannie MaeBe relied upon to assist the Collateral Management Group and other teams with special projects and initiatives
