Champions School of Real Estate is seeking a part-time Office Assistant who is a customer-focused team player to work at our Plano campus location. This candidate will support the Campus Manager and team members with daily campus activities. A superior work ethic, outstanding customer service skills, and exceptional multi-tasking abilities are required for this position.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a clean campus environment during the dayStraighten classrooms and campus break areasAttend, maintain, and restock coffee bar during the dayTrash collection and removal for all campus areasFiling and shredding of campus documentsUnpack book shipments and restocking shelvesMake copies for staff and instructorsUnpack office supply orders and restock itemsAssist with shipping packages and mailing lettersRespond to any spills and address cleaning items on campusClean and maintain campus restroomsMonitor for safety hazards inside and outside of buildingAssist Campus Manager with special projects
