If you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply!Our people make all the difference in our success .To save time applying, Toyota does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this position at this time.What we’re looking forToyota’s Enterprise Compliance Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Privacy Compliance Analyst.The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support for compliance with GLBA’s Financial Privacy Rule and ensure the organization maintains compliant data-sharing practices.Reporting to the Privacy National Manager, the person in this role will support the Enterprise Compliance department's objective to advance the Privacy Compliance Program and enhance theorganization's overall Compliance Management System.What you’ll be doing

Facilitate GLBA privacy noticing for the organization by maintaining up-to-date notices; documenting business rules for delivery of notices; partnering with data teams to implement logic for GLBA preference management; and managing relationship with print and fulfillment vendor.

Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with GLBA noticing requirements.

Document and maintain records of privacy notices and compliance activities; prepare regular compliance reports.

Identify and address gaps or risks related to privacy notices and information-sharing practices.

Provide specialized support for the organization’s data-sharing and data acquisition practices by conducting initial reviews of data requests and facilitating necessary additional reviews by relevant stakeholders; maintaining related trackers; generating reporting; facilitating weekly meetings; and conducting regular audits and assessments.

Qualifications/ What you bring

Associate degree (or higher) or equivalent professional work experience

2+ years’ experience regulatory compliance

2+ years’ experience in Data Privacy

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Critical thinking and analytical skills

Capability to work flexible hours as needed

Added bonus if you have

Experience using OneTrust privacy management platform

Experience with ServiceNow

IAPP certification

Experience with legal and regulatory compliance frameworks
