These tasks include but are not limited to the following: Performing simple benchmarking activities, processing low spend/low complexity Procurement Requisitions (PRs), assisting with PR/PO issuance and operations tasks, assisting with simple amendments, processing NDA requests, completing Purchase Order revisions and maintenance, etc.This role is a fast-paced, high-volume workload that supports operations sourcing including Advertising/Marketing, Dealer Marketing, Professional Services, IT and other commodities. It also serves as a resource to the two contingent resources in terms of training and ensuring learning and training resources are consistently updated.What you’ll be doing
Assist with processing high volume, low risk, and spend Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP Ariba & DocuSign systems via the following tasks:
Confirm rates in contracts/agreements/amendments;
Determine whether or not signatures are required on documents;
Research PRs and POs to determine next steps and potential issues;
Supplier interactions: send templates and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to suppliers and facilitate redline reviews for Legal Team;
Ensure documentation matches PR in Ariba cart;
Ensure completion of PR tasks toward PO issuance (where applicable)
Invite Suppliers to register in Ariba and see through to completion
Process Mutual and Non-Mutual NDAs
Partner with Contracts Group throughout the process to ensure all detail to complete the PR request is satisfied.
Participate in weekly team meetings and 1:1 with the manager
Update learning resources & process operational procedures
Process PO Close Requests in Ariba and Accounts Payable manually and via a BoT
What you bring
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
1+ years of relevant work experience (in a similar field and/or industry)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Specifically Word & Excel)
Added bonus if you have
Knowledge of SAP Ariba
Knowledge of DocuSign
Solid understanding of procure to pay Procurement Process (supplier onboarding through contract execution & PO issuance)
