Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.As a Product Delivery Manager in Commercial Banking Solutions, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.Job responsibilities

Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

Define and manage the Commercial Bank product strategy and delivery for Currency Services products, with emphasis on Cash Vault and Remote Cash Capture

Develop content that highlights value proposition for delivery through training, marketing, communications, process & procedures, and standardized proposal content

Represent Commercial Bank client interests as a product liaison to develop future product roadmap

Coordinate and prioritize product input on Commercial Bank investments based on input from clients, product specialists, sales teams, customer service and onboarding representatives

Develop close relationships and align with product management counterparts and operational partners

Partner with sales enablement team to manage the impact and readiness of enhancements and product changes

Partner with Commercial Bank revenue management to determine pricing strategy and governances

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area

Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes

Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies

Strategic thinker that combines structured approach, strong analytical skills and creative problem solving

Entrepreneurial and self-starter with ability to deliver results within condensed timeframes

Strong project management skills, well-organized and ability to manage multiple projects

Strong written/verbal communication, leadership, and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes on simultaneous projects

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

Experience with vault, smart safe and recycler services

BA/BS business degree or a related discipline
