Job DescriptionAn employer is looking for a skilled E-Commerce Product Owner to lead the clients development efforts. You will work closely with the development and design teams to optimize the customer journey through positively impacting the overall e-commerce experience. You will oversee the product roadmap, manage backlogs and create tickets to prioritize development efforts. The product owner will partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define strategic iniatives, prioritize highest impact actions, and generate buy in to bring the iniatives to life. Additional tasks will include developing strategy for merchandising/ conversion rate optimization, define hypotheses for merchandising optimizations for experimental outcomes and translate results in to actionable recommendations.Skills and Requirements5+ years experience on product owner/ manager roleStrong marketing background, working on E-commerce/ digital applicationsExperience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)A/B testing experience (Optimizely)Strong Jira/ Confluence experienceExperience working in Agile/ Scrum QSR experience (Quick service restaurants)Experience working with global teams nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
