Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Scrum Master to join one of our largest financial clients. You will be joining the Global Wealth and Investment Management group. This team is responsible for the claims intake Scrum Team. Day to day you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies (for example, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives).Coach the Team and individual Team members on improving their Agile Maturity. Enable the team to become high performing through collaboration and a relentless focus on continuous improvement including cross-skilling across the team. In a Scaled Agile model, facilitate scaled planning for the team (for example, Pre Planning/ Preparation and PI Planning Events) and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs. Measure team delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities.
