Softworld is seeking Senior Java Developers to join our Development Center working remotely from the greater Dallas area.
About the Roles:
Work on a team of senior, mid and associate Java Developers with a mix of experience in some of the technology listed below to support various full stack and backend Java development banking (such as credit cards, deposits, payments, etc.) projects. The projects are a mix of some new development and some enhancements to support new requirements, especially around compliance, regulatory, etc. There might also be some re-platforming from their old "legacy" Java stack to a new stack.

Requirements for Associate Java Developer:
Minimum 18 months of Java development experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Requirements for Mid Java Developer:
4+ years of Java development experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Requirements for Senior Java Developer
8+ years of Java development experience
Ability to mentor mid and associate developers
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Requirements for Technical Lead
8+ years of Java development experience
Current or past demonstrated experience leading a team in an Agile/Scrum environment
