The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and developing test automation, as well as performing Wi-Fi testing and certification. This role includes the creation and maintenance of both new and existing test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality standards.Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Wi-Fi Testing and/or Automation of test cases
Takes ownership of the test areas, includes detailed test documentation and efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of our products
Independently set day to day work priorities while working to achieve the goals of the team/organization in a dynamic fast-paced work environment.
Analyze Wi-Fi Performance data to determine whether it meets expectations.
Work with various internal cross-functional organizations to analyze test results to reproduce and identify issues.
Engage others in collaborative problem solving, adopt a sense of urgency in driving towards problem resolutions
Provide technical support to internal team, including, but not limited to analyze device log and provide analysis results
Demonstrate Creativity and initiative to improve test coverage and effectiveness
Analyze Wi-Fi Performance data to determine whether it meets expectations.
Clearly document and describe issues found from testing and provide adequate supporting data.
Key skills:
Experience in using a Mac, Xcode, XCUITEST, UIAUTOMATOR2 and Android SDK.
Experience in JAVA & Python Programming.
Experience in Mobile App Automation (IOS & Android) Appium
Experience in BDD, Cucumber, JUNIT, Maven and ROBOT framework is a plus
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented and process-oriented/aware
Understanding of 802.11 b/g/n/ac/ax/be features
Understanding of Wi-Fi Test Methodologies
IP networking experience
Wi-Fi Tools such as Veriwave, Octoscope PALs, IGEN, Wireshark
Network and Wi-Fi Protocol Analysis
Understanding of basic Agile concepts and methodologies is a plus
Education/Years of Experience: PhD in an approved field from an approved university with no experience, or a Masters in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelors in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.A Senior Member of Technical Staff, earns between $148,200.00 - $222,400.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
