Coordinates with internal development, tech teams and client teams.
Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
Fosters collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to align on product requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Contributes to Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, weekly grooming, bi-weekly sprint planning and retrospectives.
Delivers work using Agile methodology. Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum 3-5 years of product owner experience with proven track record of delivery of new products and features for a software product or digital platform.
Prior experience with web services integrations.
Minimum 3 years of Agile development, technology and innovation experience.
Track record of understanding the client experience and turning it from concept to launch
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Self-starter that excels working independently and collaborating across groups
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Experience with travel platforms
