We are seeking our next Methods Agent with a strong knowledge of structural assembly to support the assembly team in optimizing processes.Work in collaboration with the production department, the aircraft methods support group and the engineering department in our client´s manufacturing centers to analyze  requests in order to find technological solutions that will improve assembly performance; Collaborate with Structural Assemblers to enhance assembly techniques.Develop and implement efficient methods for structural assembly.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Interpret drawings and other documents from the engineering department;Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.Define the tools necessary for the fabrication or assembly of aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerancing.Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working closely with the engineering, materials logistics, quality, and production departments.
