Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Richardson, Texas, 75081, United States. The role involves overseeing accounts payable transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating monthly reports to facilitate financial closing. Responsibilities: Oversee all accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Analyze and reconcile accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies. Manage vendor files and oversee payment processing. Generate monthly reports to assist in month-end financial closing. Handle invoice processing and ensure it aligns with established procedures. Deploy skills in 'Account Reconciliation', 'Accounts Payable (AP)', and 'Check Runs'. Use 'Coding Invoices' and 'Data Entry' skills to maintain accurate records. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks. Leverage '10 - Key Accounting' skills to ensure efficient accounting operations.
