Duration: 12+ months

Skills and Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a System Analyst
5+ years of experience in Banking and financial domain
Experience in loans will be a value add
The role is responsible for end-to-end data platform support
Represents team in major collaborative efforts and on key IT and Company objectives.
Excellent understand of the SDLC process and familiar with the various testing methodologies (eg: SCRUM, Kanban, TDD, BDD and Squad Models).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must adhere to corporate/team etiquette

Responsibilities / Deliverables:

Analyzing the structure of a business to determine how it operates and determine its objectives
Identify any problems with the current business model
Analyze and provide feedback to the business and technical teams, work closely with Business and Architecture teams.
Participate in the Joint Action Development sessions, providing feedback to teams as needed
Designing potential solutions to any problems identified during the research phase
Preparing and delivering a report of their findings to leadership with comprehensive risk and impact assessment
Developing comprehensive UAT / End-to-End (E2E) test cases at the application and multi-application levels
Overseeing the implementation of approved process improvements
Carrying out training sessions and workshops to guide relevant teams as needed
Carrying out periodic quality checks
