Kalkomey is seeking a CRM Manager to strategically manage and scale Kalkomey’s multi-channel journeys and campaigns to drive customer engagement, brand affinity, and LTV. In this role, you will utilize your strong technical CRM skills and experience delivering strong business results within a B2C environment at scale to build a tribe of Kalkomey enthusiasts. Additionally, you will maximize data analysis to optimize the CRM program performance as well as leverage audience and behavioral insights to help drive the CRM strategy.This is a pivotal role in helping Kalkomey optimize our members’ outdoor pursuits! Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, development, and execution of programmatic, multi-channel customer journey initiatives focused on maximizing customer engagement and LTV.

Develop and execute CRM campaign calendars aligned to key seasonal dates, relevant industry developments and audience needs.

Leverage data and customer insight to build strategies that improve the customer value and ROI of our automated journeys and seasonal campaigns by developing relationships with large groups of outdoor enthusiasts and customers.

Business case development, testing and deployment of new CRM channels, aligned to our business objectives.

Build a test and learn mentality into the fabric of the CRM team; turning post-campaign insights and analyses into action.

Drive innovative ideas and solutions in response to customer needs and changing market conditions.

Plan and implement CRM process, structure and technical enhancements.

Closely collaborate with external or internal content writers and designers to create high-value, brand-aligned content.

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to optimize CRM functionality and potential.

Provide regular communication, reports and insights to key stakeholders.

Account/vendor relationship and contract management.

About You:

You’re able to manage, scale and analyze large volumes of complex, automated and dynamic campaigns, knowing what to measure and how to deliver on actionable insights.

You are a strategic thinker and performance-driven marketer with a track record to prove it.

You’re passionate about leading and empowering your team, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and pitch in when the need arises.

You have a knack for quickly developing subject matter expertise, and constantly strive to understand your industry and audience at the deepest of levels.

You approach problems with an open and curious mind, always looking to grow program sustainability and success, along with your team’s skill set.

You research industry, competitive, and customer trends to make informed decisions.

You are a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail. You love the outdoors and it shows!

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

6+ years of CRM strategy & technical experience in a B2C environment

1+ years of leadership and team building experience

Demonstrable experience building customer relationships and brand affinity within a B2C space

Experience scaling CRM channels including email, push notification, SMS, in-app messaging and content cards

Advanced experience in customer segmentation and data-driven targeting strategies

Experience working with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms

Strong copywriting skills preferable

Ability to collaborate with designers in Figma

Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferable

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

A passion for or understanding of the North American outdoors industry is preferred
