Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Richardson, Texas, for an HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team in the multi-location restaurant/hospitality industry. The HR/Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks including HR administration, payroll processing, and HRIS report generation.Responsibilities: Oversee HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations Handle payroll duties, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time Utilize HRIS for generating necessary reports and creating spreadsheets Manage onboarding processes for new hires Address employment verifications and unemployment claims effectively Ensure compliance with various HR policies and regulations Maintain open lines of communication for employee relations Manage and execute FMLA and other benefit functions Employ ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce for HR and payroll tasks Utilize ATS for efficient management of recruitment processes Leverage Spanish language skills when necessary to communicate with diverse employee baseRequirements Position: HR/Payroll Coordinator Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in ADP Experience with ADP Workforce Now software Familiarity with ATS Understanding of Benefit Functions Excellent communication skills Strong knowledge of compliance regulations Experience in Employee Relations Familiarity with FMLA regulations Experience in Onboarding new employees Proficiency in HRIS reporting Spanish language proficiency is a plusRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
