OR A degree Business Administration or related field and 2+ yrs of experienc e in Logistics Order Desk .Processing Orders: Receive and process incoming orders from internal / external customers, both through electronic systems and over the phone. Ensure accurate entry of order details, including product specifications, quantities, shipping information, and delivery dates.Order Tracking: Monitor the status of orders throughout the production process. Coordinate with internal departments, such as manufacturing, inventory, and shipping, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.Shipment Documentation: Prepare and organize all necessary shipment documentation, such as packing lists, shipping labels, customs forms, and bills of lading. Ensure that all required documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations and customer requirements.Invoicing: Generate accurate and timely invoices for completed orders. Verify pricing, discounts, and any additional charges. Ensure invoices are sent to customers promptly and in compliance with company policies and procedures.Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal / external customers, providing updates on order status, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns related to the orders, invoices, or shipment documentation.Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all orders, invoices, and shipment documentation, including order details, customer information, payment terms, and shipping information. Generate reports as required to track order and shipment metrics, invoicing status, and customer account information.Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, invoices, or shipment documentation. Collaborate with internal teams or management to resolve complex or unresolved issues.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to orders, invoices, or shipment documentation.
