But our dedication to treating guests and team members like family has never wavered.As a National Sales Executive, Government, you will conduct sales activities related to selling our portfolio of 150 hotels in 26 states, including guest rooms and meeting facilities. The performance of the National Sales Executive is measured by account revenue growth, new account development, the creation and achievement of strategic quarterly sales plans, and the cultivation of account relationships with key decision-makers.An average of 70% of work time is devoted to client-facing sales activities with the remaining 30% of work time devoted to administrative efforts. This role has the potential for travel out of the home city up to 50% of the time. Hybrid Work - Remote work three days per week is available to the National Sales Executive who maintains performance expectations.What you will do…Grow Government revenue through high-impact & complex accounts.Drive vertical saturation within assigned Government accounts, fostering relationships at all levels.Generate revenue through proactive new business discovery and creative relationship building.Communicate Government engagement strategy, sharing expertise to drive revenue and analyze industry trends collaboratively.Proactively connects customers with relevant brand offerings across the chain, fostering deeper engagement and driving loyalty.Thrives on using expert sales techniques and sharp business acumen to achieve success. Possesses exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to navigate complex situations with ease. Leverages proficient computer skills (including Microsoft Office) to streamline tasks and maximize efficiency.
