Panelist Recruiting Specialist

This role involves managing the development and execution of recruitment materials, supporting website updates, training new team members, and collaborating with key stakeholders across departments. The ideal candidate is an organized communicator with experience in clinical trials and recruitment processes, capable of leading efforts to ensure successful trial enrollment. Development of internal and external recruitment materials (StudyWatch, Qualtrics/CRIO Screeners, call/texting campaigns, etc.) and monitor the effectiveness of recruitment tacticsCollaborate with the Principal Investigator (PI) and Sub-Investigators (Sub's) to ensure recruitment content is aligned and streamlined, facilitating successful participant enrollment.Collaborate with Study Support and Quality teams to maintain consistency and quality in all recruitment-related contentEnsure that all recruitment activities adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), IRB (Institutional Review Board) guidelines, and other regulatory standardsWork closely with the clinical research team, study coordinators, investigators, and recruitment teams to monitor, track, and update recruitment effortsLead and participate in meetings to provide updates on recruitment progress and address challengesTrain new hires on recruitment processes, best practices, and compliance requirementsDevelop and update training materials to reflect current SOP'S and Work InstructionsAct as a mentor and resource for new team membersMaintain study archivesAdditional responsibilities as assigned
