Job Description

SUMMARY

The Senior Manager of Panelist Recruiting is responsible for leading the overall panelist recruitment function including marketing to panelist and panelist recruiting operations.

REPORTING LINE

Directly reports to the Director of Operations for US Cosmetics & Hygiene

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develops and implements strategies to attract and recruit panelists for clinical and consumer studies
  • Facilitates the ongoing scaling of the solution to meet our growing needs across several locations
  • Directs the panelist marketing team in advertising and community outreach
  • Oversees operational support of the panelist recruitment
  • Engages with other operational managers to understand broad requirements for recruiting
  • Directly manages the overall budget of panelist recruiting and panelist marketing functions
  • Oversees the management of study budgets for advertising and recruiting
  • Manages and develops the managers of recruiting operations and panelist marketing
  • Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervises others: Yes – Directly supervises recruiting manager and panelist marketing manager
  • Has hiring and terminating responsibilities: Yes
  • Number of employees directly reporting to this job: 2 (with approximately 20 indirect reports)

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in similar recruiting function
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing or advertising experience
  • Experience in managing other resources
  • Experience within Cosmetics industry is a PLUS

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS

  • N/A
  • KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
  • Language Skills: English Proficient level of knowledge required; other languages are a PLUS
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic skill level preferred, including financial acumen
  • Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Intermediate level required
  • Computer Skills: MS Office Suite – Basic user proficiency preferred
  • Ability to work in team environment and maintain professional behavior
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail

TRAVEL

  • Limited travel may be required up to 10%

  • Employee in this role will operate phones and computer
