You will specifically design and drive the financial landscape of SST’s Healthcare line of business. You will play a key role in managing performance and implementing key finance strategies to achieve business commitments. You will lead a team that creates daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis to ensure financial and operational information drive actionable intelligence. You will also identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management. You will identify improvement opportunities and lead projects to implement improvements in processes and technology.Key Responsibilities
Business leadership – including acting like a COO to the Healthcare VP/GM
P&L ownership with emphasis on margin management
Drive productivity and working capital management
Operational expertise
Own long-range, annual plans as well as forecast cycles
Develop financial models
Perform analysis
Product Cost analytics
Collaborate effectively
Educate and expand financial acumen amongst functional partners
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
7+ years financial experience within manufacturing environment
Business leadership experience in a matrixed environment

Master’s Degree and/or CPA/CMA
Financial systems and reporting experience
Global experience
Experience in large, publicly traded companies
Experience developing forecasts and operating plans
Exceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers)

Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual
The ability to make consistent and timely decisions
The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues
Proficiency in Hyperion, Oracle, BI and SAP systems
Experience with Healthcare companies, or hospital systems
