RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a full-time Senior Program Manager to remotely support our enterprise technology client based in Austin, TX. SRO (Security & Resiliency Organization) is currently seeking 1 individual to fill the role of a Senior Project Manager responsible for leading cross functional projects. This position requires executive presence, excellent organizational & communication skills, detailed planning experience and the ability to work under pressure. The SRO project manager will be responsible for working with department heads on managing the following projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
70% aligned to Diversity & Inclusion Project:
Define the scope of what Diversity & Inclusion is as it pertains to the SRO vs. the company organization as a whole
Pull SVPs (Level 4 Leadership) and other executives within the SRO to come up with plan and strategy for Diversity & Inclusion

30% aligned to One SRO Project:
This is a cultural initiative within the SRO to work as One Team
Cultural Mindset Change in which this organization can share goals, successes, and initiatives

One SRO will be centered around 3 main components:
People
Data & Technology
Process & Products

Responsibilities:
Define and drive the project deliverables at the executive level
Work with stakeholders to design and implement the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy
Drive employee education programs that reinforce the company's values and create awareness of desired behaviors
Ensure ROI of initiatives is clearly articulated and tracked
Develop creative ways to engage our workforce to become stewards of culture with a mindset that values our difference

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience working with the executive level to define and drive projects
Must be a driver and have a passion for company cultural change initiatives
Must be familiar with project management methodologies - Waterfall or Agile (Kanban/Scrum)
Experience working within a Diversity and Inclusion program/function is highly desired but not required
Ability to influence and connect with individuals from all backgrounds and at all levels of the organization - Familiarity with Change Management
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
Integrity and high ethical standards
Must be a driver and work various executives and stakeholders to get things done
Strong attention to detail and must be able to follow through on execution
Experience developing and using knowledge and interpersonal skills to influence and guide stakeholders towards the accomplishment of goals and objectives
Adapts well to different personalities in a respectful manner
