Clean Cut Lawn Care is a rapidly growing lawn care business that needs help IMMEDIATELY. The amount of hours available can fluctuate depending on rain and other variables but with 1 more good crew member we can grow past that hurdle and work should become more steady. We provide general lawn care services from mowing and weed-eating to hedge trimming and other related tasks. Your pay is directly dependent on your performance and company's income, so the better you perform, the more raises you'll earn. Do well for the company and the company will do well for you. No crazy requirements, just be on time, be honest, take pride in your work, and don't let your team down.

Experience Level Required: At least some experience preferred with mowing and weed-eating. On the job training can be provided to some extent. Far more important than experience is the willingness to learn and to be a contributing player of our team. Time between jobs (driving time) is not paid, so the absolute minimum starting pay is $11/hr, to help compensate. Well experienced and performing crew members are started with higher pay. Tips are kept and split among the team who performed the work.

If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in your work, I hope you'll apply ASAP. Lawn care is not rocket science, but you must be motivated to progress your skill level and that's the challenge. Time is money, but we must maintain our higher standards. Efficiency is crucial, far more valuable than speed. Things MUST be done right, but there's a time limit to get each job done. We need someone who is a good team-player and is motivated to earn raises and grow with the company. We all have bills to pay and I WANT to give raises. The more money the company makes, the more money you will make. If you take pride in your work and take pride in your positive effect on the company's reputation and growth, you'll likely enjoy this position and move up the ladder as we grow.
I have over 16 years of experience running a business and employees are everything. My employees become family, and if they take care of me, I take care of them. I am very understanding, patient, and easy to get along with, but this position requires someone who takes pride in their contributions to a growing small business. I enjoy lawn care and we keep a positive work environment. Once you've proven yourself, I pay better than most lawn care employers but I expect our standards to be maintained and you MUST be reliable. If you're still here in a few months, your pay will be substantially higher than starting pay.
