We have an AC service company with no less than 100 calls a day and 2.5 people to handle these calls.
The calls are not being taken care of in a timely manner and I need someone who is great with people, phones communication and computers. When someone calls for a service call, one of our people has to arrive at that call in a matter of one to two hours and also to get the job done the same day. You must know all open calls at any given time and you must know the whereabouts of all service techs at all times.
I am not looking for bodies. I am looking for a professional expert that wants to come in and be a leader and help us fix this department.
