The following duties:
Responding to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a prompt manner
Checking in with customers by phone or email to ensure they're satisfied with their purchases
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Working with other departments to find solutions to problems and provide efficient customer service
Requirements:
MUST have a friendly demeanor, a good attitude and an eagerness to serve others
Experience preferred but not required
Transportation
Good on the Phone
Must be able to work Monday through Friday
