Customer Service Representative needed in North Central San Antonio. Full-time, Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 7:00pm. Staring pay is $16.50 (English Only) - $17.50 (English/Spanish) hourly.
The Service Representative will be focused on handling customer service inquiries and requests by phone and email. This individual will also have the opportunity to assist with other operations including processing and investigating cardholder disputes, handling returned cards, and corresponding with various internal teams about customer issues and trends.
Responsibilities:
Handling inbound customer phone calls and emails
Providing detailed information about our products and services
Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving product and transaction issues and concerns
Documenting and updating records based on customer interactions
Corresponding with the internal operation, fraud, and product teams regarding customer issues and trends
Maintain a high level of professionalism while addressing customer, law enforcement, merchant, and bank requests via phone and email
Adhere to strict compliance and regulatory requirements
Skills/Education/Experience:
Professional, positive, and upbeat demeanor
Ability to build rapport with our customers and go the extra mile to make sure the job is complete, and the customer is happy
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and improvise
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not necessary
