Since 1996, Epoch has been one of the leading Internet Payment Service Providers in the industry, enabling online companies to accept payments without having to obtain their own merchant accounts. Epoch services businesses throughout the United States and the European Union, processing major credit cards, PayPal, and various local forms of payment. We are looking for bright, highly motivated individuals to join our Customer Service Department. Our Customer Service representatives are the key to our organization's success, comprised of employees with a passion for making sure we provide the highest quality of service to our customers.
Required experience:
1 year or more in the Customer Service industry
Previous call center experience highly preferred

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with billing inquiries and general issues relating to Internet purchases
Issue membership cancellations
Field in-bound calls
Respond to customer emails and live chat requests
Must be able to answer calls with courtesy and a pleasant demeanor
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs.
Proficiency navigating the Internet
Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
Must be over 18 years of age
