What You'll Do:
As an Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, resolving questions related to their accounts. Your key responsibilities will include answering inbound calls (40-50 daily), responding to inquiries using training and resources, identifying customer needs, acknowledging and resolving complaints, processing transactions via web-based applications, and communicating effectively. You'll also assist other operations during high workload periods.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months experience in call center or customer service
- Proficient in computer and Windows applications
- Pass a criminal background, credit check, and security fingerprint
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
