What You'll Do:
As an Onsite Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with account-related inquiries via phone, email, and web. You'll resolve issues, process transactions, and ensure each interaction offers a world-class customer experience. Other tasks include managing 40-50 calls daily, using company resources to resolve queries, and supporting other teams when needed.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher roles
- Proficient with Windows personal computer applications
- Successful completion of a criminal background, credit check, and security fingerprint
- Preferred: 1+ years of call center experience
