Join Chase as an Account Specialist II in the unclaimed property department where you will work with a dynamic team to ensure smooth transactions.As an Account Specialist II on the Unclaimed Property team your main responsibility is to serve as the centralized reporting utility for unclaimed or abandoned property & assets across the firm and is responsible to report and remit eligible property & assets to 54 states/territories and Canada.Job responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

High School diploma/GED

Minimum of one year of customer interaction or customer support experience either by phone or face-to-face

Proficient with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment

Experience with Microsoft office applications - specifically Excel

Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pmWork schedules will vary.
