Job Title: Avionics TechnicianJob DescriptionAvionics Technicians will be performing avionics troubleshooting, installs, repairs, maintenance, and modifications to the avionics and electrical systems for various models F/A-18 aircraft. Modifications will consist of upgrades to Radar Package, Communications / Comm Sec equipment, and possibly other upgrades. Additional electrical troubleshooting and repairs will be performed as required. This is a long term position (full time employment) where candidates will be eligible to convert to full-time direct employees with 6 - 12 months or stay on contract indefinitely.Job Requirements:
5+ years of Avionics Maintenance/Modification Expereince
F/A-18 Aircraft Expereince highly desired - other fighter jet expereince may also be accepted
Avionics Modification expereince highly desired but not required
Avionics troubleshooting and installation expereince required
CDI / CDQAR Expereince and/or qualifications highly desired
